Over the years, many of our clients have stayed invested in the building process, whether it is watching the old structure of their new home being demolished or checking in on the foundation of their new kitchen being laid. Our team of in-house builders are more than happy to guide you through any questions you may have during the building process as they assist you through the toughest part of the project.

We also understand that some of our customers may require our builder services, without the service of our interior designers, which is why we have made it possible for you to consult and hire our builders as a standalone service. We will be able to assist you through a range of services, including:

Understanding the Design Process:

1. Site Survey:
   Our builders will first conduct a site survey to understand the requirements needed to start on the project. This allows them to address any obstacles or issues that may emerge during the building process or with the design plan.
2. Technical Drawings:
   Once we have completed the site survey, our team will prepare the technical drawings needed to start the project. The technical drawing is important as it serves as an ‘instruction manual’ as to how the space should be worked on.
3. Authority Permit:
   Nothing can happen until we have the proper permits in hand. So before starting on the project, our team will determine the relevant authority permits that are needed and will handle all the applications for you.
4. On site Work Commences:
   Once we have the proper permits, we will commence the on site work for your project, aiming to complete our task by the agreed dates.

Carpentry

We’ve also made it our business to provide you with bespoke furnishing and decors that are created just for you — all exclusive and designed to complement your space. Our team of in-house carpenters are hard-working and decent folks who love doing carpentry. We feel a tremendous sense of pride every time we have translated your sketches into actual tangible carpentry that we know will play a role in creating your dream home.

Every assignment is important to us. However, we acknowledge that sometimes, despite our best efforts, we can fall short of your expectations. We are not perfect, we will not claim to be, but we do put our heart into every assignment.
